lndian Maritime Law Association (IMLA) formed to promote the study and advancement of maritime law and its administration in India, and to promote and consider with other associations proposals for the unification of maritime law and practice of different nations. Indian Maritime Law Association is affiliated to Comite Maritime International Belgium.
The lndian Maritime Law Association (IMLA) a non-governmental organization devoted to the unification of maritime law and is the only organization in India who is supported by Director General of Shipping, Indian Ship Owners Association, main lines and people of the shipping industry and ministry of shipping.
